The Studio Matteo Nunziati has recently finalized the renovation of a residential private villa of the late ‘700.
The project includes the architectural retraining of the exterior and the entire Interior Design of the villa.
The owner of the building is a well-known textile entrepreneur of the area.
The interior spaces of the villa count 700 sqm. The Building is surrounded by a 2000 sqm park with secular trees.
The characteristics and the major challenge of the project was to achieve a domestic contemporary, sober and elegant ambiance in a historical neoclassical environment.
The research of the dialogue and the balance characterize this project, while inserting contemporary furniture elements which at the same time are realized with antique and precious materials such as ebony wood for the kitchen and onyx marble for the floor lamp.
This intended discretion and attention bestows a reciprocal exaltation on these spaces.
The contemporary touch does not choke the classical style, but it exalts with respect and simplicity.
